Empowering Justice Impacted and Unhoused Individuals to ThArrive
We Work
to support unhoused individuals and those transitioning out of incarceration by providing safe, supportive housing services and essential reentry services. ThArrive aims to reduce recidivism, promote economic stability, and foster community reintegration through individualized case management, life skills development, and partnerships with service providers.
Theory of ThArrive
ThArrive is inspired by the growth mindset idea of “Thrive to Arrive.” This concept is based on the belief that throughout our lives, we are always growing and developing ourselves. We sometimes face challenges from a place of trauma or victimization, and as we process and enter to a healthier phase, we become survivors. As we continue to heal, build and grow, we move closer to thriving. Once we are thriving, we can arrive at who we are meant to be in that given time, place, and space.
Life is always changing; so too are our needs and goals. Thus, we must keep finding ways to adapt, learn, and support our growth. In doing so, we can continuously “arrive” at new best versions of ourselves. Life is an ongoing cycle of building, transforming, and becoming... of thriving to arrive.

It was an incredible opportunity to engage in conversations with over 100 of their students and graduates at who visited our table! We shared information about our reentry services and explained how to get connected. One of our greatest joys from the event was celebrating individuals’ successes and talking about the future they want to build beyond incarceration.
